How I got here...
1980
My beginnings
In 1980, under a full moon, a little Leo was born (Aquarius rising, Pisces moon if youâre curious)! Growing up, my prized possession was a doctor's kit that I used to bandage and ârehabilitateâ my dolls and my dog. I went to college, and received my bachelor's degree from The Linfield University School of Nursing, where I learned the power of preventive medicine. Although I didnât pursue a career in nursing, the âroot causeâ approach to care shaped my values, philosophy, and path.
2007
My calling
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006, and became a mother in 2007. Pregnancy and childbirth changed everything for me! My entire life and career trajectory shifted after having my son. I switched from geriatric physical therapy to pelvic floor physical therapy, started a pelvic health blog, and treated women and men with pelvic health conditions until my family and I moved to Germany in 2010.
2015
My expansion
While living in Germany, I had the opportunity to attend a month-long yoga training in Thailand. My deep appreciation for yoga, Ayurveda, and various holistic healing arts was amplified after this life-changing getaway. Over the next several years, I became a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, yin yoga teacher, and pelvic floor yoga instructor, and I completed countless other trainings and self-study programs.
2010-2022
My growth
We lived in Germany from 2010-2022. Although I wasnât practicing physical therapy in a clinical setting, I still wanted to educate and help people solve their pelvic health concerns. On a whim, I uploaded pelvic health videos to YouTube and started to gain a following. Thereafter, I developed my signature online programs Lift and Overcome.
Today
My present
My family and I returned to Oregon in 2022, and today, I combine my passions for movement, healthy cooking, personal development, and natural healing along with my professional training in embodiment coaching, Holistic Pelvic Careâ˘, and pelvic physical therapy. I now share my unique (and eclectic!) treatment style with the world through my online programs, private retreats, and the Mind-Body-Pelvic Health Academy.

Read what some of my clients have to say
âDr. Bri helped me tap into the mind-body connection in a way that was applicable to my own personal pelvic health journey and sustainable to continue practicing for life. Out of all the specialists, appointments, and treatments Iâve utilized over the years, this was finally the missing link to help me understand the âwhyâ behind the years of pain Iâd been experiencing. Iâm well on the way to feeling like a new, healthier version of me in my mind, body, and spirit.â
Brenda W.
âAfter using Dr. Bri's online programs for pelvic floor dysfunction (rectocele and cystocele) for 2 years I have had significant physical benefits in my daily life. Even my gynecologist has noticed a positive change! Aside from the physical improvements, Briâs approach and demeanor make it feel like you're hanging out with a friend that simply gets you.â

âI have been so privileged to work with Dr. Bri for the past several months. My prolapse symptoms began in February 2023 and I started with the traditional path of doctor visits and physical therapy. I had only minimal success with Western medicine and kept searching for more answers. I found Dr. Bri online in June and began her Lift program, followed by more in-depth coaching with her. I can't even begin to list all the things she has taught me, and I am so glad she has given me the momentum to keep going. I owe much of my progress to Dr. Bri!â
