A Little About Me...


Dr. Brianne Grogan, PT, DPT (Dr. Bri) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic health. An Oregon native, Bri and her family spent 12 years in Germany, where she nurtured her popular YouTube channel, which now has half a million subscribers.

Today, Bri is back in the USA and enjoys living, working, walking, hiking, drumming, and dancing in Bend, Oregon! She is passionate about the mental and emotional aspects of pelvic health. Her mission is to change the conversation around pelvic wellness to a new paradigm that includes thoughts, emotions, energy, mindset, Spirit, and Soul, along with body-based approaches to care.

“I learned new tools”

By getting out of my task mindset, I was able to feel what my body needed and what it was trying to tell me. I now know when I'm feeling emotions instead of using my mind to "solve" them, I need to check with my body. Where am I feeling this? Why is that body part feeling this? What does that body part need? Can I visualize removing that emotion from the body part or moving past it? Allowing myself to truly consider my body and its needs is so freeing.
